Wellness Consultation

Our personalized wellness programs are tailored to your unique constitution, known as Dosha. By identifying your predominant Dosha (Vatta, Pitta, or Kapha), we can create a customized regimen that addresses your specific needs. Once you confirm your participation, we’ll send you a pre-arrival questionnaire to gather more details about your health and goals. Our experienced Ayurveda Yoga Consultant, Vachaspati RajMohan, will then design a personalized program that includes tailored treatments, dietary recommendations, activities, and a comprehensive schedule. With years of practice in Kerala, the birthplace of Ayurveda, RajMohan brings his expertise to Bali. Holding a Master’s degree in Ayurveda and having worked at renowned Ayurvedic resorts like Somatheeram, he is well-versed in the ancient healing system. His experience also includes conducting workshops internationally and presenting at seminars in Bali.
