Cancellation Policy

• A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking.
• Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival will be fully charged.

Terms and Conditions

• All inclusions are for 2 people per room. An extra person will be charged IDR 375,000/person/night (using the existing bed).
• Extra beds will be charged IDR 450,000/room/night.
• Additional breakfast will be charged IDR 175,000/person/day.
• Children under 10 years old are free to share a bed with their parents.
• Children 10 years old and above will be considered adults.
• Rates are quoted in Indonesian rupiah (IDR).
• A valid credit number is required to secure the reservation.
• Check-in time is from 14:00 hrs and check-out till 12:00 hrs.
• Exchange rates for information only. All credit card payments will be converted into Indonesian Rupiah.
