After two years on pause that caused by the pandemic, the acclaimed Ubud Food Festival was successfully organized from 24 through 26 June 2022 at Taman Kuliner. During the three days event, all island’s culinary enthusiasts gathered around and thrilled by the lavish culinary offered by Bali’s prominent culinary brands including Adiwana’s Journey of Taste, showcases its culinary hub including Herb Library of Adiwana Resort Jembawan, Wayang Restaurant of Adiwana Arya Villas and Tablespoon Bistro of Adiwana Suweta during this event.

Herb Library is known as a contemporary, healthy dining venue, offering culinary lovers a plant based all day dining menu, a multi-culturally influenced cuisine that uses local and seasonal ingredients. Wayang, features inspiring culinary journey that combines authentic local Indonesian and global flavours with a strong focus on the high quality ingredients, whilst Tablespoon Bistro showcases an affair of Japanese blended with European fusion using locally sourced ingredients from the twist highland and sea of Bali. 

Additionally, Adiwana Hotels along with its sister brand Inara and Amatara under Jeevawasa holding, took part by supporting this annual event as hotel partner.
